Cancellation, return and exchange policy

On our e-commerce site, we take great care to deliver products that satisfy our customers. However, in the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged, or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will process your return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges

Please notify us of any defects or damage within 7 days of receiving the product via our contact form. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

If the product arrives at our company and is found to be defective or damaged, we will process a refund or exchange. Depending on your preference, we will resend the same product or send a replacement product. In the case of a refund, the refund method will vary depending on the payment method used by the customer, but we will respond as quickly as possible.
