I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email
An order completion email will be sent automatically.
Normally, the email will be sent as soon as the order is completed, but if you do not receive the email within a day or so, it may be that your order was not completed or that there is a system error that prevents the email from being sent to your address. Please check your spam folder and cooperate with us by unblocking the domain.
I want to know the payment method
Payment methods accepted are limited to credit card, cash on delivery, and various mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay).
I want to change my payment method
We do not accept changes to payment methods.
When is the credit card settlement time?
Payment will be made when the order is completed.

About delivery method

Who is the delivery company?
Your ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area. For details, please click here.
In addition, if the total amount of your order is 16,500 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.
*Please note that items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together.

Cancellations and changes

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Please note that we do not accept changes or cancellations to products after an order has been completed.
Can I return or exchange a defective product?
If you discover that the product is defective after it arrives, please contact us within 7 days via "Customer Inquiry". We cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
