Shipping and Delivery

About Shipping

We will deliver your order via Yamato Transport or Letter Pack. After your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the subject "Your item has been shipped" to let you know the shipping date and expected delivery date.
Delivery may take some time depending on stock availability, shipping status, and traffic conditions. After we ship your order, you can check the delivery status on the delivery company's website.

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the size of the item you purchase and your shipping area.

If the total amount of your purchase is 16,500 yen or more (including tax), shipping will be free except for some products. However, please note that if there are multiple shipping destinations, shipping fees will be charged for each shipping destination.

Regarding delivery date and time specification

If you wish to specify the earliest delivery date and time, you can do so from 7 business days onwards. We cannot accommodate requests earlier than this date. Thank you for your understanding. Also, during our store's long holiday periods, the delivery date you can specify may change. If no delivery date and time is specified, we will usually ship the item within 7 business days at the earliest once it is ready.

About receiving

If you are unable to receive your item within 7 days of shipment, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, shipping fee at the time of shipment, and various other fees. In addition, your order will be treated as a cancellation.
