Shredded cabbage can be used in a wide variety of ways, including as a side dish for pork cutlets and fried chicken, as well as in salads and soups. However, julienne is a lot of work, so many people may not be able to try it. That's why we developed the Nonoji Cabbage Peeler, a dual-blade peeler that makes it possible to quickly produce large quantities of shredded cabbage, a task that was previously a hassle. The blade has sharp, high-density triangular blades spaced 2mm apart, which crisply chop the fibers of ingredients to easily create fluffy, crunchy shredded cabbage. Moreover, it looks good because it is finely cut and uniform. By shaving with a triangular blade, the cross section becomes wavy, which makes it easier for seasonings such as dressings to penetrate.
