How to cook delicious rice

①Put well-washed rice into a pot, add 1 part rice to 1.1 parts water, and soak for about 30 minutes. The rice will absorb the right amount of water and be delicious. (As a guideline, 2 cups of rice => 2-2.2 parts water, 3 cups of rice => 3-3.3 parts water)
② Cook over medium-high to high heat (enough heat to bring to a boil in 8 to 10 minutes), then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
③Turn off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes.
*Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the heat.
*Adjust cooking time and amount of water to your liking.
*If using new rice, use less water.
