This Tamamushi-nuri hand mirror has a deep, glossy jet black color and beautiful cherry blossom and autumn grass paintings. Tamamushi-nuri is a lacquer art technique that originated in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, but we have developed an affordable product together with a lacquerware shop in Aizu.
