Nara mosquito net weaving is known under the brand name "Nara mosquito net weaving," which boasts traditional techniques.
During the Edo period, linen fabric known as "Nara Sarashi" was certified as a purveyor to the shogunate, and the technique has been used to make a variety of products up to the present day.
Mosquito net fabric is highly absorbent and quick-drying, and is also used for dishcloths, wallpaper, scarves, and more.
