The season has finally arrived in Shinshu!

It's cherry blossom viewing time!

There is a famous cherry blossom spot in my hometown, and I was thinking of enjoying a nice meal while enjoying cherry blossom viewing, but it didn't go as planned.

There are too many people and it's too much trouble!

In the end, I drank sake while watching the cherry blossoms blooming in my garden...

Oh no, it seems like something is missing?

"There are no tasty snacks!"

So I decided to make some braised pork (lol).

Since I put in a lot of effort to make it delicious, I thought I'd serve it on a nice plate!
As always, we had some great dishes this time, so we'd like to introduce them to you all!
This is the "Kuroshinogi" series!

The matte black texture is also nice.
It enhances the flavor of the food even more!

This is just my personal opinion, but it goes great with Japanese food!
I think it goes great with simmered dishes and sashimi.

This plate is not only beautiful but also functional.
